Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Accounting Issues in AP
When attempting to account several invoices / Payments
the following error occurs.
Failed to create account mapping based on code combination XXXX using the mapping of YYYYYY account plans because of the ERROR error. Update the mapping of account plans or use a different mapping (ERROR=NO_MAPPING)
Or
95265 It is not possible to create an account mapping based upon the code combination 123456 using the chart of accounts mapping XXXXXX due to NO_MAPPING. Please update the chart of accounts mapping or use a different mapping.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Create Accounting by navigating to Other > Requests > Run
2. Review results
