'MATCH POWER UNIT: By Saved Query' Agent Action Is Not Working (Doc ID 2269113.1)

When attempting to use the Agent Action 'MATCH POWER UNIT: By Saved Query', the following error occurs in the log:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Shipment Management, Shipment Management, Buy Shipments
2. Search for the ID
3. Select it and go to Actions, Shipment Management, Event, Add Tracking Event
4. Responsible Party: Carrier, Status Miscellaneous, Loading, input an Event Date/Time, Shipment Stop: 1
5. Press Finished
6. Review the related Logfile
