Not Able To Reprice Subline Value As Overridden Price Consistently Reverts Back to the Original Price (Doc ID 2269133.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Manual entered price reverted on subline after patching

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Manual price entered should be retained for the subline.

ERROR
---------------------------
FND log captured during processing shows the following error:
QP_CALL: x_price_details.STATUS_TEXT : QP_PREQ_PUB.BACK_CAL: NO MANUAL ADJ

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Service Contracts Manager (R) -> Contract Administration -> Launchpad, query for the contract.
2. Override price on subline and proceed with save.
3. Price reverted to old value on saving.
