Symptoms

On : 12.2.5 version, Service Request Search in Production

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Takes t 30-40 seconds when querying the service request by Phone number in Agent dashboard


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the search to retrieve the results in 3-4 seconds

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login to apps
2.Navigate to Agent Dashbaord
3.Search service request
4.Enter phone number
This will take to Advance search screen ..
and Click Go
