On : 12.1.3 version, Payroll - General

ERROR

Mexico Direct Deposit process ends up with warning:
One or more post-processing actions failed. Consult the OPP service log for details.
CONC-POST-PROCESSING RESULTS

oracle.apps.fnd.cp.opp.PostProcessorException: oracle.apps.fnd.cp.opp.PostProcessorException: XML Publisher output file not created

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation : In Mexico MHRS Manager responsibility--> Processes and Reports-->Submit processes and reports
2. Single Request-->Direct Deposit (Mexico)--> Fill in parameters and Submit.
3.Mexico Direct Deposit process ends up with warning:
One or more post-processing actions failed. Consult the OPP service log for details.
