Users Viewing P60's and P11D from Ebusiness External Application Tier

Information in this document applies to any platform.
There is an internal Application tier and then an external application tier that allows connection from the DMZ for a subsidiary company.
These external users are unable to view their P60's as the web pages can't be found.
How can this be fixed.
