Symptoms
Getting Error in 'Select Territories and Task Owners' form from Field Service Dispatch Center.
Error:
APP-CSF-223257: Error in TASK_OWNER.POPULATE_TASK_OWNER_AVAIL:
ORA-06531: Reference to uninitialized collection
ORA-01403: no data found
Steps:
(R) Field Service Manager
(N) Field Service Dispatcher > Dispatch Center
- Navigate (Top Menu) > Select Territories and Owners
=> Error occurs.
