Self Service Mobile Application is not Showing 'My Information' or 'My Team' Details (Doc ID 2269835.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

The Self Service Mobile App is not showing any information when clicking 'My Information' or 'My Team' Details

Person record not found. Please contact system administrator

 

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Access the Self-Service Human Resources Mobile Application

  2. Click the 3 bar lines at the top left of the application to access the menu
     
  3.  Select either 'My Information' or 'My Team'
