Symptoms

Actual Behavior
For supplier users, Email Address is blank in Update Contact of Contact directory page after upgrading regardless of showing Contact Directory list page.

Expected Behavior
Email Address can be shown in Update Contact of Contact directory page.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. upgrade from 11i to R12
  2. Supplier user open Contact directory tab of suppliers
  3. click Update icon of Contact directory
