Repair Actual Cost Is Zero, If Price List Is Based On A Dynamic Formula (Doc ID 2270363.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Estimate and Actual Charges

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Depot repair Advanced Pricing is not calculating correctly in the Estimates tab or Actuals Tab, for the lines created, the price is coming as 0.
Dynamic formulas are being used, but  Formulas but this is not behaving as expected.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
----------------------
Correct item cost based on defined formula should be displayed in Depot Repair Estimates.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Dynamic formula
2. Create price list using formula
3. In Depot Repair, enter repair estimates for an item and use price list. Price should default to the item cost * 1.2. But it is defaulted to 0.
