CMRO - Component Movement Process (Doc ID 2270553.1)

Last updated on MAY 26, 2017

Applies to:

Oracle Complex Maintenance, Repair, & Overhaul - Version 12.1.3 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

In cMRO, there is page where the component movements can be displayed.

Example:
Components P/N DK120 S/N SC12024 are installed in aircraft A6-EYR on 12-Mar-20XX, Also, the part removal installation history for its parent assembly is also available.
There is a component that is removed from aircraft A6-EYR on 02-Apr-20XX and then it is installed and removed many times in various aircraft.
Current stage it is fitted into aircraft A6-EYF.

When navigated to Reliability page and search for P/N DK120 S/N SC12024 , it shows installed under aircraft A6-EYR which is misleading.

If there is a function to capture all the component movements than it would be easy to know the current status of the component and take necessary actions...
