Credit Card Re-authorization Is Not Working

On : 12.2.6 version, Transaction Control

After upgrading to R12.2.6 instance, a feature to do the Credit card re-authorization when the Order amount is changed is not working.

Expect re-authorization to work.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. OM Super User responsibility
2. Changed the amount on the Order line and saved it
3. The credit card re-authorization is not taking place. Click Action -> Payment -> Process Payment. Still no change in the authorized amount.
