Transactions for a New Product Are Failing Population (XPOP) (Doc ID 2270981.1)

Symptoms

You have added a new product to your plan element.  After running calculation, transactions for the new product are failing with a status of XPOP (failed population).  The Incentive Compensation setup appears to be completed correctly.  Transactions for previously existing products calculate successfully.
