APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 904 in fdlget Using Custom Value Sets on GL_CONSOLIDATIONS (Doc ID 2271016.1)

When entering a custom program parameter that uses custom value sets on GL_CONSOLIDATIONS table, the following error occurs.

Error

APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 904 in fdlget.
Cause: fdlget failed due to ORA-00904" "END_DATE_ACTIVE": invalid identifier.

Steps To Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create custom value sets on GL_CONSOLIDATIONS table.

2. Define custom program parameter that uses custom value sets.

3. Enter parameter in Submit Request form.

4. Above error occurs.

Upgrade form 11i to R12.
