Symptoms
Find that the delivery name for a delivery is reflecting a single, unexpected character/text value, for example, %
versus a delivery_id number in the WSH_NEW_DELIVERIES table. The order for which this incorrect delivery appears
has been ship confirmed, invoiced and is now closed.
Expectation is that Delivery Name reflects as a sequential number generated by the application which is the typically the same as the delivery_id.
STEPS
1. OM Super User Responsibility
2. Shipping
3. Transactions
4. Query affected order number or delivery id number.
5. Check that Delivery Name contains invalid characters.
