Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Find that the delivery name for a delivery is reflecting to show a single, unexpected character/text value, for example, %
versus a sequential number in the WSH_NEW_DELIVERIES table.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expectation is that Delivery name reflects a sequential number which is the typically the same as the delivery_id.
STEPS
1. OM Super User Responsibility
2. Shipping
3. Transactions
4. Query affected order number or delivery id number.
5. Check that Delivery Name contains invalid characters.
