Payroll Run Does Not Pick Secondary Assignments (Doc ID 2271159.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Core Payroll - General

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Payroll run does not pick secondary assignments

Primary assignment is assigned to UK Pension MPA and the secondary assignment is assigned to UK Pension MPC
For June below are the pay period dates:

UK Pension MPA has Date Offset Normal Payment = 1 (01-Jul-2017)
UK Pension MPC has Date Offset Normal Payment = -22 (08-Jun-2017)

When we process payroll for UK Pension MPA and after completion process payroll UK Pension MPC, MPA payroll processes the payroll for primary assignment but MPC payroll run does not include secondary assignments.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to UK HRMS Manager responsibility
2. Submit Payroll Run UK for UK Pension MPA
3. Submit Payroll Run UK for UK Pension MPC

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot pay out Pension for employees with secondary assignment.
Payment date is 08-June-2017
