When attempting to update or duplicate public templates created by someone else.
the following error occurs.
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into the Application
2. Navigate to Self Service Time
3. Try to update or duplicate a public template which was created by someone else
