UK Penserver Payment History Contracted Out Changes From 06 April 2016

Information in this document applies to any platform.
From 6th April 2016 all members will no longer have the option to be contracted-out because of this we must input a value of 0.00 into the
applicable field (COEARN or COEARNE) for periods starting on or after 1st April 2016. For any periods starting prior to 1st April 2016 we must
continue to input into the applicable field (COEARN or COEARNE) the earnings on which national insurance contributions are paid at the contracted out rate.
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into UK HRMS Manager responsibility
2. Create Employee and assignment.
3. Attach Payroll.
4. Attach an Earning element (Penserver_Earning)
5. Run Payroll.
6: Run Penserver Payment History for current period and check output:
Contracted Out and Contracted OutE field in the extract should be 000000000.00 after 6th Apr 2016.
