Security Rule Is Not Allowing To Change Expense/COGS/Encumbrance Account on Master Item Form (Doc ID 2271560.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Item Issues

Unable to change COGS/Expense/Encumbrance account while creating new item from Master Items form, when Security rules defined on Accounting segments/value sets

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From Inventory responsibility,
   Items > Master Items
2. Observe that COGS/Expense/Encumbrance account is disabled and not allowed to edit

Changes

 Security Rule is defined either on segment of the account flexfield or value set used for any segment of the account flexfield.
 Security Rule is assigned to the Inventory responsibility used for creation of item.
