Update Task Page UI - Resource Fields Are Not Editable (Doc ID 2271649.1)

Symptoms

In 12.2.5 from sales dashboard on Task page columns : Type, Status , View More Details and Update More Details are greyed out, tasks are not updateable from the sales dashboard task page.


Steps To Reproduce
===============
1.  Navigate to > Sales User > Sales Dashboard > in shortcut section click on Task >

2.  Query Task > click Update More Details, tasks fields are non editable 

This issue also happens in other applications/responsibilities when trying to update task fields such as adding/updating resources on tasks via the OA OU.
