ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When uploading a CSV file to OTM, the following exception is observed:

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected to be able to upload CSV content successfully with no errors.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Login to OTM
2. Navigate to Business Process Automation -> Integration -> Integration Manager -> Upload an XML/CSV Transmission
3. Browse for the CSV file to upload and click the 'Upload' button
3. The error is observed.
