Error "ORA-6512: APPS.PAY_JP_LTAX_IMP_PKG" When running "Japan, Transfer Local Tax Information to BEE" (Doc ID 2271915.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When running "Japan, Transfer Local Tax Information to BEE", the following error occurs.

ORACLE error 1422 in FDPSTP

Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than
requested number of rows
ORA-06512: at "APPS.PAY_JP_LTAX_IMP_PKG", line 1999
ORA-06512: at "APPS.PAY_JP_LTAX_IMP_PKG", line 2694
ORA-06512: at line 1

 

 

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Create more than two same records in the form "Special Withholding Agent Information" between more than different two Special Withholding Agent.
    1-1.Open the form "Special Withholding Agent Information"
    (N) Other Definitions -> Master -> Special Swot Numbers
    1-2. Search one agent in the field "Special Withholding Agent Name"
    1-3Enter the same value as following such as "Munisipality Code:132136" and "Sp Withholding Agent No.111111111111"

  2. Search another agent in the field "Special Withholding Agent Name" and enter the same value as above.
     
  3. Create CSV file in the server under $APPLPTMP
  4. Run "Japan, Transfer Local Tax Information to BEE"
