Unable To Create A Credit Memo Through API, Error : Do Not Specify A Unit Of Measure (Doc ID 2272000.1)

When attempting to create on account credit memo through API
AR_INVOICE_API_PUB.create_invoice , Getting following error message.

ERROR
======
Message = Do not specify a unit of measure for credit memo transactions.
Invalid Value = Ea

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
==================
1. Created a memo line with UOM code.

2. Created a credit memo by using above memo line and UOM did not get
populated.

3. Tried to create on account credit memo through API , Getting the following
error.

"Do not specify a unit of measure for credit memo transactions"
