Bi Publisher 12c: Unable To Change The Catalog Path

Symptoms
After installing BI Publisher 12.2.1.2, in the Admin Console of BI Publisher (xmlpserver), the BI Publisher repository Path field is non-editable (disabled in grey).
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Admin Console of Bi Publisher 12c (xmlpserver url)
2. Go to Administration->Server Configuration In Catalog section
3. Try to edit the path but it is not editable.
Also tried changing the location of the path in the config file xmlp-server-config.xml ([middleware_home]\user_projects\domains\bifoundation_domain\config\bipublisher\xmlp-server-config.xml) and restart the domain without success.
