Symptoms

On : 12.2.6 version, Customers Module, Test system, Upgrade from Rel 12.1.3 to Rel 12.2.6

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
While navigating to Attachments tab at customer level, the files are missing in the upgraded system.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The files should be visible in Attachments tab, as they appear in Rel 12.1.3

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Receivables Manager
2. Navigation: Customers > Customers
3. Query for customer > click on Account Details > go to Attachments tab > the files are missing

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the Go-live date is impacted (end of May)
