On : 12.1.3 version, Receiving Functions
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
DELIVER transaction in RCV_TRANSACTIONS table has Parent_Transaction_ID populated but Parent_Transaction_ID record does not exist in RCV_Transactions table.
Due to which PO Delivered Quantity is shown greater than PO Received Quantity
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Purchasing Responsibility > Receiving > Receiving Transactions Summary
2. Query the relevant Purchase Order Number and click on Find.
3. View Receipt Transactions that are executed under the given Receipt Number.
Changes
It is required to check if the user has run any script that could have purged the receipt entry.
