Goal

Oracle Inventory Management application for Android operating system, was configured and is working per expectation,except matching an Item defined in Inventory with the Global Trade Item Number (GTIN ) cross reference.
Users have defined the mapping in the Cross Reference Type GTIN and updated the profile options INV: GTIN Cross Reference Type and INV:Cross Reference Type with the value "Global Trade Item Number".
But when the users are scanning barcodes from Mobile Inventory Application , the system reads barcode number and is unable to find the referenced item code.

The system throws error:
