On : 12.1.3
Advanced Scheduler is not considering the third party resource's shifts when scheduling tasks.
Tasks are being assigned to third party resources at any time of the day, it is not considering the shifts they are assigned to
Tasks should only be assigned when the third party resource is available.
For example: Regular employee technicians are available for tasks from 07:00-19:00. After 19:00 tasks should be assigned to the 3rd party technicians.
Third party technicians have a calendar assigned to them for the hours 19:00-07:00. However scheduler is assigning 3rd party resources tasks outside of that time.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Third party resource group
2. Define Territory
3. Assign Third party group to the Territory
4. Run STAR Program
5. Create a task
6. Schedule task at a time the 3rd party resource should not be assigned tasks.
