Symptoms

When cancelling a line on a PO the Action History of the PO is not reflecting this action



Steps to Reproduce

--------------------------------

  1. Create a Standard po and approve
  2. Cancel the line on the po
  3. Examine the action history of the PO. There is no indication of the cancel
