Maintain Transactions Performance Issue When Querying on INVOICE_NUMBER (Doc ID 2272431.1)

Symptoms

When using the Compensation Manager responsibility to Maintain Transactions and querying for Invoice Number, the query is taking 3-5 minutes to return results, and at times, will timeout and not return any results. This just started to occur after your database was upgraded from R11.2.03 to R12.

 

Changes

 Upgraded database from R11.2.03 to R12.
