Symptoms

E-Business Suite R12 Applications Technology Stack, Access Manager related issues. 

 Unable to login to E-Business Suite due to the following error after enabling SSO with Applications Manager 11.1.2.3.0 per the following document:

The below error is received upon SSO Login:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access EBS SSO url.

2. Provide SSO Credentials on SSO Login Page.

3. Errors out.

Note: GUID is null in FND repository for the user, so in a successful scenario, user account should be linked post SSO.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot login.
