R12 E-Business Suite AccessGate User Login Fails After SSO Setup With Error 'SsoUser updateUserGuid SEVERE exception' And java.sql.SQLException: ORA-31203: DBMS_LDAP: PL/SQL - Init Failed. ORA-06512: at "APPS.FND_OID_UTIL" (Doc ID 2272447.1)

E-Business Suite R12 Applications Technology Stack, Access Manager related issues. 

 Unable to login to E-Business Suite due to the following error after enabling SSO with Applications Manager per the following document:

<Note 2045154.1> - Automating Integration of Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1 With Oracle Access Manager 11gR2 (11.1.2)

The below error is received upon SSO Login:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access EBS SSO url.

2. Provide SSO Credentials on SSO Login Page.

3. Errors out.

Note: GUID is null in FND repository for the user, so in a successful scenario, user account should be linked post SSO.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot login.
