Some items are not appearing in the excess returns forms.
The item does not have a reservation but still it cannot be found in the Excess return form.
The item was brought into this subinventory via a Miscellaneous receipt transaction and not a Part requirement receipt or material return transaction.
None of the items moved to the subinventory via a Misc receipt appear in the Excess list.
