ACA View Authoritative 1094C Page, "Clear" Button is Non Functional

On : 12.2.4 version and later, ACA View Authoritative 1094C page
On the View Authoritative 1094C page, the "Clear" button is not clearing data on the page
Expect the Clear button to clear the search boxes, the data in the form below, or both.
Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to the Authoritative 1094-C Test form in US HRMS Manager > Total Compensation > Affordable Care Act menu tree
2. Search for a GRE with year and see that it populates the page data as expected
3. Click on the "Clear" button
- Nothing happens - all data on page remains as it was prior to clicking the button
