Data Fetching Issue In CS_INCIDENTS_B_SEC and CS_SR_UWQ_GROUP_V View When Standard Security Is Enabled (Doc ID 2272638.1)

Goal

When setup for Service System Parameters to Standard Security with 'Service Request Type Security' enabled and 'Enforce Service Request Type Security in iSupport' is enabled,
then CS_INCIDENTS_B_SEC and CS_SR_UWQ_GROUP_V view is not fetching any data but when above setup is disable then data is returning.

How to make the below SQL to return data when standard security is set?
