Large Inbound Email Crashes Download Processor (Doc ID 2272682.1)

Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
------------------

An inbound email crashes Download Processor .As soon as this email is in the inbox, no other email will be processed anymore.

This email permanently crashes the download processor for the affected email account, which means, that it switches to "Not Started". Now all emails remain in inbox and won't be moved to "Oracle Processed".



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

 Download processor should process all other emails and raise an error message (which it does not) in order to inform, that there is an stuck email, which is too large.


STEPS
-----------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Send the problematic email to that email account

2.Email reaches agents inbox.Download Processor Tab shows count as 1 in inbox for that email account
