On : 12.2.5 version, Service Request Form

 Creating notes using Tools menu. Form disappears behind SR form when saving Note.


• The Note details are saved successfully and appear in the Log and Notes on the SR
• It is possible to minimize the SR screen to access the Notes form again to enter additional notes

Able to see the Notes form in foreground after saving the notes using Tools1 option

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to the Universal Work Queue and open any Service Request
2. Use the Tools1 menu and select the option for Notes
3. Select a note type and add in the note details.
4. Click on Save to save the note
5. The notes screen flashes up and disappears behind the SR form.
This does not always happen when the first note is created but it is always happening for any additional notes that are created in this way.
