Concurrent Processing : Script adstrtal.sh Takes Too Long To Start FNDOPP And WFALSNRSVC Processes After An OS Reboot (Doc ID 2273005.1)

Symptoms

After OS reboot, starting EBS with adstrtal.sh. Actual process numbers of FNDOPP and WFALSNRSVC processes are 0.

Some hours later, these concurrent managers succeed in start. Until managers are up, can not complete concurrent requests.

  1. adstrtal.log details after OS reboot  
    It finishes in few minutes. 

 FNDOPP, WFALSNRSVC, ICM, FNDSM and other concurrent manager logs shows no error.

Changes

 OS reboot in new EBS instance.
