Symptoms

When attempting to Navigate to Internet Expenses Setup and Administration > Internet Setup, the following error occurs:

ERROR

You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact your System Administrator for assistance.

 

A review of the error shows the following:

java.sql.SQLIntegrityConstraintViolationException: ORA-00001: unique constraint
(AP.AP_POL_CONTEXT_U1) violated
at oracle.jdbc.driver.T4CTTIoer.processError(T4CTTIoer.java:462)
