Icons In Requisition Approval Workflow Notification Emails In Outlook Appear As A Red X Instead of As Images (Doc ID 2273285.1)

Symptoms

On 12.2.6 version when using Microsoft Outlook there are icons in the approval notification that are showing incorrectly as either Red X's or as broken links. They also could be displayed as broken puzzles peices depending on Outlook settings

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit Requisition for approval
2. Approver receives email for the requisition approval
3. They see the issue

NOTE:  Before the issue started to occur configuration changes were made and autoconfig was run

 

Changes

 New server implemented on the system and autoconfig was run that did not update mailer HTML Agent for all Mailers
