Symptoms

After upgrading from 11i to R12, while creating any new receipt or querying any existing receipt, the following errors are encountered:

FRM-40105: Unable to resolve reference to item rcv_summary.new_chg_bal.
FRM-40105: Unable to resolve reference to item AR_WORLD.TM_INSTALLED_FLAG.

Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Receivables, Vision Operations (USA)
Navigation: Receipts → Receipts

  1. Create a new receipt / query an existing receipt.
  2. In both the scenarios, the above errors are encountered.

Changes

The instance has been upgraded from 11i to R12.
