Cash Application Owner Assignment - User LOV Not Retrieving Any Value

Symptoms

When users try to create a rule in the Cash Application Owner Assignment screen, the list of values for the User Name takes too long and ends with a gateway error

Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation
: Setup > Receipts > Cash Application Owner Assignment > Create Rule

  1. Enter username in User Name field under Result section
