Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When executing a BI Publisher report in OTM and selecting the report output type as Excel or CSV, the below exception is observed. The report is executed successfully if 'Excel 2007' format is chosen.
ERROR

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected to be able to select a report output successfully with no errors.
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Select a report to run in OTM (i.e. Shipment Management -> Reports).
2. Select 'CSV' or 'Excel' as the Report Format.
3. Click 'Submit' to generate the rpoert.
4. The exception is displayed.
