No Data Found error for Import Clauses Concurrent Program(OKC) (Doc ID 2274041.1)

When attempting to run Import Clauses Program the following error occurs.

 No data found Issue

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Login to Contract Term Administrator(R)

2)Query the program Import Clauses

3)Try to select the value for "Batch Name" parameter

you will see the error "No data found"
