Error While Accessing The Attachments Which Are Added To Requisition Lines

On : 12.2.4 version, Requisition Management

After application of <Patch 22575334:R12.ICX.D> 
When attempting to view attachments after it is uploaded to requisition lines
the following error occurs.

Error details:
oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.lang.NullPointerException
at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException.wrapperException(
at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.webui.OAPageBean.releaseRootApplicationModule(
at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.webui.OAPageContextImpl.performReleaseApplicationModule(

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to iProcurement
2. Create a requisition
3. Go to the requisition edit submit page and try to attach 2 attachments at line level
4. Attached the attachments successfully
5. Now click on the attachment link again and error will come
