While Finally Close a Po with foreign currency the encumbrance amount is wrong and has many decimals after comma.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a PO with foreign currency EUR with a quantity
2.  Approve and reserve the PO
3. Match this PO with an invoice for a quantity less than quantity ordered
4. PO is finally closed and encumbered_amount  is updated with many decimals after comma
