Symptoms
In 12.1.3 on resource define form, setup descriptive flex field "CRM Specific Resources Additional Information" was setup with segment - Check Out Quota: Max(free form text field) which allowed users to enter amount which exceeds the max amount.
Steps To Reproduce
================
1. create dff - "CRM Specific Resources Additional Information" segment
Navigate > System Administrator > Application > Flexfield > Descriptive > Segments > query title - "CRM Specific Resources Additional Information" unfreeze flexfield setup new context value, add segments(add name,attribute1) save
2. Navigate > CRM Administrator > Resource Manager > Maintain Resources > Resources > query resource > click on header descriptive flex field enter segment ex. 1000000 it should not allow users to exceed 10,000
