Changes Made To 'Group Owned' Meta Data Are Not Reflected In The Universal Work Queue

The Spreadtable Meta Data display values do not have any effect in the Universal Work Queue.

The navigation path to set up Metadata is:

  1. CRM Administrator responsibility
  2. Spreadtable > Metadata Administration
  3. Display tab

The Navigation path to the spreadsheet in UWQ is:

  1. Customer Support responsibility
  2. Universal Work Queue
  3. Expand Service Request > Group Owned
