Access Requisition Details Error JBO-25058 Attribute SpotBuyRendered Not Found In ReqDetailsVO (Doc ID 2275192.1)

Symptoms

In iProcurement, when accessing Requisitions by clicking on any  requisition 
 the page throws the following error.

 ERROR

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: oracle.jbo.NoDefException: JBO-25058: Definition SpotBuyRendered of type Attribute not found in ReqDetailsVO
 at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.webui.OAPageErrorHandler.prepareException(OAPageErrorHandler.java:125 6)
 at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.webui.OAPageErrorHandler.processErrors(OAPageErrorHandler.java:1444) ...

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
In iProcurement responsibility :
1. Go to iProcurement Home page -> Requisition
2. Click any requisition from the list
3. Error is shown
