PIM WebADI During UDA Create Or Import: Error "The current user does not have sufficient privileges to edit Attribute Group" (Doc ID 2275215.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to Create Item/UDA using Webadi, the following error occurs.

ERROR
Entity: ITEM_USER_ATTRS_ENTITY_CODE. Row Identifier: 56874058. Entity index: 1. Table Name: EGO_ITM_USR_ATTR_INTRFC.
The current user, "XYZ", does not have sufficient privileges to edit Attribute Group "ABCD".

Entity: ITEM_USER_ATTRS_ENTITY_CODE. Row Identifier: 56874058. Entity index: 1. Table Name: EGO_ITM_USR_ATTR_INTRFC.
The current user, "XYZ", does not have sufficient privileges to edit Attribute Group "EFGH".

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Import Item using WebAdi

Changes

 Upgraded to 12.2.6.
