Get Error APP-PO-14142:get_matching_controls-040:ORA-01403:no data found when Saving PO Line and the Item can not be Found in the PO summary (Doc ID 2276182.1)

Symptoms

The item can not be found from the Item LOV in the Purchase Order Summary form,

whereas it can be found from the Item LOV in the Purchase Order entry form,

but get below error when trying to save the Purchase Order line.

Error:
APP-PO-14142:get_matching_controls-040:ORA-01403:no data found

STEPS
-----------------------

1.Navigate to Purchasing responsibility>Purchase Orders>Purchase Order Summary.

2.In the Item LOV, enter search criteria, but the item can not be found out.

3.Go to Purchase Order Entry form, the item is available in the line Item LOV.

4.Enter required Purchase Order information, try to save the line, then get above error.
